Membership is vital in terms of what we are able to do.
Subscriptions are made via bank transfer (details directly below) or by cheque. You can set up a monthly payment of £10, or if you prefer, you can take out an annual subscription of £100. Networking:
Members enjoy a confidential, supportive environment in which one can gather to learn, exchange ideas and make contact with others working in the same field of action and interest. Membership gives you free access to all of our online and offline events throughout the year, as well as access to all our flourishing WhatsApp groups (WAGs).
Encouragement:
Members also find a place where they can be open and honest about issues they encounter, whether private, professional or campaign-related, and can receive personalised support and encouragement. In addition, MSC Commentary, run by Paul Welfare, meets quarterly to discuss members’ research and writing. Contact admin if you’d like to have your say.
Support:
We offer support to those who have experienced difficulty standing up for traditional values, or who are concerned about friends and family members facing challenges like child sexualisation through state sex education programmes or struggling with same-sex attraction.
MSC Prison Communications seeks to ensure that those connected to our group who find themselves imprisoned simply for speaking out and/or practicing their faith, will be assured of support.
Prayer:
Those of us who are Christians also engage in intercessory prayer for the issues and activities we are involved in via our Pastoral Prayer Project. Pastors Pam Stevens and Paul Welfare pray with and for MSC Group members to see a turnaround brought into the challenging situations they find themselves in.
